About Wintech – Kerala’s Pioneer in IT Education Established in 2000 and proudly serving for over 25 years, Wintech is one of Kerala's most trusted and forward-thinking institutions in IT education. Located in Kayamkulam, Alleppey District, Wintech is permanently affiliated with NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training), under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, and Kerala State RUTRONIX- under Govt of Kerala. With a legacy of excellence, Wintech has successfully trained thousands of students in both engineering and non-engineering trades under the Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS). The National Council for Vocational Training, an advisory body, was set up by the Government of India in 1956 (the then National Council of Training in Vocational Trades — NCTVT).
